About Wanda Wegener
Wanda Wegener has worked with patients in Germany and in Poland for many years. She is a psychologist and therapeutic educator. She also participated in trainings in i.a. Klinikum Steglitz, Vivantes Klinikum Charite Klinikum in Berlin, Detmor Klinikum in Switzerland and Konstanz in Bodensee. She participated in many scientific conferences, where she delivered speeches concerning social pathologies and helping children coming from pathological background.
Some years ago she had a serious accident. As a result of cerebral stroke her body was paralyzed. According to doctor’s diagnosis there was a threat of spending the rest of her life in a wheelchair. Her mother’s care and own determination helped her regain health, i.a. thanks to the usage of visualization techniques, she eventually overcame epilepsy and migraine headaches. After two years Wanda Wegener was able to come back to work. She has been leading courses and therapeutic workshops in Poland for many years as a way of saying „Thank you” to the fate and feeling of having a mission as a psychologist.
She developed an author’s health programme, which she uses when working with patients in Germany, Austria and Poland. She has cooperated for many years with doctor Reinhold Graf from Charite Klinikum in Berlin, where she conducts therapy with patients suffering from neoplastic diseases. She specializes in helping people stricken with cancer and other chronic diseases, which are life-threatening and autoaggressive diseases, e.g. SM. Wanda Wegener’s therapeutic proposition is called „Mind in the fight against sickness and creation of healthy life”, which includes more than forty visualization techniques, supporting the process of regaining health and creation of healthy life with reference to relationships, relations, emotions, finances and self-esteem.
